Cambozola

Our multi-award winning Cambozola - meltingly smooth, mild and creamy – perfect on a cheese board or to use in cooking. Cambozola is a tantalising combination of deliciously creamy mould ripened cheese with the understated mild notes of blue cheese.

 

It’s delicate flavour appeals to a wide audience and is a great entry cheese for the non-blue eaters.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk with cream added.  Suitable for vegetarians & lactose intolerants.
